These three ducks were taken in by Iowa City Animal Care. They had been left at a city pond, and were living a happy life with the other ducks their. The problem with this situation is that these four ducks are domesticated and therefore flightless; they would not have stood a chance against preditors. Bosworth, Sophie and Pearl are all pretty passive and get along with all of the other birds great. They love splashing around in their pond for hours, no matter what the weather.
